How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, choose the knives that suit your kitchen or outdoor needs, then click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout. You can apply any promo codes during checkout before entering your shipping and payment information.
When will my order ship?
Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order within 24 hours (business days only). Orders placed after 11 AM PST are processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next working day.
Where do you ship?
Currently, Vachelli ships exclusively within the United States.
How much is shipping?
Standard and expedited U.S. shipping options available at checkout. Rates vary by location.
How long does delivery take?
For U.S. customers, orders usually arrive within 5-11 business days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you and provide an updated delivery window.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can then use that number to track your shipment directly on the 'Track Your Order' page on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are focused on delivering premium service and fast shipping to our U.S. customers.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. If you need to make adjustments, contact our support team as soon as possible. Once the order is fulfilled, we cannot make changes.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of knives, we cannot accept returns on used or damaged blades for safety and hygiene reasons. Please contact us for return instructions.

How do I clean my Vachelli knife?
Hand wash your knife immediately after use using a soft sponge and mild soap. Dry it thoroughly to prevent moisture from affecting the high-carbon steel blade.
Can I use a dishwasher?
Never put your Vachelli knife in the dishwasher. The high heat, harsh detergents, and jostling motion can damage both the blade and the handle. Hand washing is always the safest option.
How should I oil my knife?
Our knives arrive lightly oiled for protection. Wash off the factory oil, dry completely, and apply a thin layer of knife oil or a food-safe oil like mineral or vegetable oil after each use. This helps prevent rust and preserves the blade’s integrity.
How do I sharpen a Vachelli knife?
You can maintain your edge at home using one of these sharpening methods:
- Pull-through sharpener for quick upkeep
- Whetstone sharpening for professional-level control
- Honing rod to keep the edge aligned between sharpening sessions

How do I store my knives?
Store your knives on a magnetic strip, in a knife block, or with a blade guard to prevent dulling and keep your kitchen safe. Avoid tossing them in a drawer.
How do I care for my knife long-term?
Clean, dry, and oil your knife after every use. High-carbon steel is known for its edge retention and strength, but it needs proper care to stay rust-free and performing at its best. Treat your Vachelli blade with the respect it deserves and it’ll serve you for years.
