Returns & Exchanges

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. If more than 30 days have passed since your order date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

• Unused, in its original condition, and in the original, undamaged packaging.
• Receipt or proof of purchase.
• Contact us prior to returning the item, and include photos of the product for documentation purposes.

• Always hand wash, avoid dishwashers.
• Dry thoroughly right after washing to prevent rust.
• Apply a light coat of oil once dry to maintain the blade.
• Store safely to protect both the edge and your hands.
• Use a wooden cutting board to preserve the blade.
• Sharpen regularly to keep performance at its best.
